Cold Weather Makes U Hungry?

OK..here's the thing..
i've been eating a hell lot..like, A LOT!!!
those who knows me would pretty much know how horrible that is cos i even eat a lot on a normal basis...
anyway, is it true that being in the cold weather makes u get hungrier and eat more?
cos if it's true then i could sooo use it as justification as to why i've been eating like a freaking pig!
seriously, the amount of food that i've been putting in my tummy is beyond belief...
it's kinda scary cos i noticed my jaw is slowly disappearing *GASP*
