oh technology!
there was once a time when going online is totally the highlight of my day. oh how it used to make me happy. friends made. bonds formed. love found. from when the sun goes into hiding, until it's all bright again. endless ramblings. i remember how i used to think "oh dont u just love technology?"
and now this. im not saying it doesnt make me happy at all. yeah, of course it does sometimes. when i get my new indo movies from those strangers. when i stumble across some hot ass singers with swoon-worthy voices. the weekly updates from ever so busy working friends. the much needed nudge from the far away TB on those long lonely nights. it does. make me happy. at times. but its just not the highlight anymore. its just not as vital. its like going to the buffet when ure not hungry. u just cant bring urself to get excited because ur tummy is still kembong with the morning's nasi lemak or whatever.
technology, as important as it is, can really drive me up the wall. it can annoy me to the point where i just wanna throw the razr out the window. or angrily slam the lappie shut. soo not good. cos heck, they dont exactly come cheap. like, arghhh annoying as fuck man. hate technology.
but then again, that new ipod nano is shit hot. the pink one, yes. but then ga boleh dibeli. mana mau campak my pink mini yg amat comel tu. comel ya. but havent been listening to it. in dire need of some updating. need to remove a lot of the songs n put some new ones in. so yeah. no pink nano for me.
cameras come under technology too eh? yeah, i think so. damn, i cant really hate technology. i still want my polaroid, my lomo, and my dslr. sigh. oh. its already november. im gonna come up with my bday wishlist. so those nice souls out there can perhaps get me something id like. if there's any nice soul at all.
eh tapinya, i dont really think im hating technology. more like, the human connections. the human factor. it's not the technology's fault is it? technology cant drive 2 people apart, can it? technology cant make a person miserable can it? technology shudnt be able to annoy ppl, shud it? technology doesnt screw itself up kan? it's a human creation. so these so called geniuses who created, modified, invented, and apa aja lagi yg caused the imperfections. cos theyre not much of a genius after all.
