samui im in love
okaaaayyy so this will be my samui post. yeah, like setelah berkurun abad. i wont go very detailed (maybe i will nyehehe) since ermm, u just gotta be there.
when: 25th june - 2nd july
who : me, mr bf, miss tb
how : me n mr bf took the konsortium bus to butterworth. bus itu amat laju dan seatnya amat besar. yeah, it was awesome. then we boarded the train from butterworth to surat thani. miss tb took the firefly from penang straight to samui cos she's posh like that. heh. so yeah, train. it was one of those trains yg the seats would be converted into beds at 7pm. we made friends with these 2 chicks. one filipino and one thai whose name happens to be "thai" as well. how weird is that. thai apparently means rabbit. the train ride was really nice. kecoh gila. then they had "waiters" to take our order for dinner which they brought to our seats and set up our dinner table. memang dinner table ok sebab memang they pasang the table. we had our first taste of thai beer. the singha beer. wasnt bad at all. murah gila. mr bf was drunk before we even crossed the border. or maybe right after. but yeah. awesome train ride.
where: we spent the night at this really cheap hotel kat surat thani. 35 ringgit je but it wasnt bad at all. it was actually nice minus the hardcore super hard mattress. next morning we took the boat to samui. boat ride was about 2 hours. so our destination in samui was Chaweng Beach. the biggest and most popular on samui. we stayed kat seascape resort. it was beachside. the resort was really nice. i love our bungalow. the toilet however kinda had some funky smell at times but yeah the bungalow was really nice. would definitely stay there again.
what: u can do a lot of things in samui. we lepak-ed at the beach. mr bf had his tattoo done by this tattoo artist who later became his friend. we got ourselves a 1 hr beachside massage session where mr bf totally dozed off. juga telah jalan2 cari makan. how can we not? great food. makcik ayam chaweng beach had the best ayam which got me addicted. rented a jeep and went sightseeing. sesat bagai nak rak sampai map jadi lasam. it was fun nonetheless. we also went to the full moon party at the neighboring island of Ko Pangan. it was definitely an experience. screw all the lame rave events man. the full moon party is the shit. it was crazy it was fun it was just an experience. totally breathtakingly neat. so yeah. we also went clubbing at this spot yang we accidentally stumbled upon. if only jumpa earlier. went to the bars. Q bar was quite nice. nak cari macam babi. tapi quite dead. G bar was really nice (mcm malas gila kan they nak fikir nama bars pakai one letter je). we went for the drag cabaret show. it was sooooo much fun. mr bf had the hots for this one really hot she-male. cos yeah, she was hot. the semi nude bar was ok too. if only the girls would do so much more than hold the pole. less clothes would be nice. totally naked would be the best. heh. miss Tb was so excited for this ch3ryl s4m4d lookalike. she was good too. when miss tb left on friday, me n mr bf rented a scooter. my ass n back hurt like crazy. tak biasa wehhhh. went to bophut beach. charming place. maka terpaksa ber-photography spree.
why: samui is just a really really nice place. it's hard not to fall in love with samui. if not for the fact that we went completely broke, i dont think id be leaving that place. 1 week was too short. it's so laidback that even the dogs ignore u. they'd rather sleep n lie around being all lazy. u can chill if u want, or if u want to party, u totally can. party central ok. they sell weed n e mcm jual ice cream. well yeah, the ice cream sellers yg jual nway. ishhhhh.. i love samui. even till today im totally missing it. i used to say that i dont wanna live anywhere else other than KL but screw that. id live in samui. i totally would. samui, khop khun. u gave me an experience id never forget. till we meet again.

eh i would have gone adventurous but my mum takut i meletup by some muslim separatists hahaha...plus i had to go back early coz of work...where shall we go next mand?? KOH SAMUI LA!!!! hehehe
oh yes naz, u really should go. the train ride was fun. but pleasseee get the return ticket once uve arrived in surat thani if not takut jadi like us. the return ticket was sold out we had to head to hadyai instead on a stinking 3rd class coach.
