.ofDrugsDon'tWork.

I do know that God won't test someone if God knows the person can't handle it.
But does God know that it would break and bruise the person?
They say sticks and stones don't break you.
Well, "they" lied.
Take huge stones and hit a person with them, it might just leave him broken.
If not dead.

The road to recovery is a long and winding road.
It's an uphill battle.
There's nothing easy about it.
Especially when the battles don't seem to end.
They're stacked up on top of another.

It's quite impossible not to be tired.
The effort to "look on the bright side" or "be positive" or just plain believing you'll be okay itself is already so draining.

Just when you thought that perhaps, just perhaps it's all over for the time being, that's when a brick falls on your head.
You're left dazed and confused.
Like, did that just happen?
Did you really hear what you heard?
You find yourself laughing a little with disbelief.
The laughter then somehow evolved into tears.
All the questions you have in your head, not knowing who to direct them to.
At the same time not completely sure that you do really wanna know the answers.
You think to yourself, did you not pay your dues already?
Funny how life turns out quite a far cry from what you imagined or hoped.
You never thought life should be easy.
But you didn't think it would be THIS hard.

It's now time to be composed and collected.
Or, if that's too hard, you do what you've always done; just ignore.
Ignore everything until it slams you in the face.

One thing you should know.
When doctors go silent, or pause/hesitate a little, it's bad.
It's always bad.
That's not just on TV.

"Now the drugs don't work, they just make you worse."
